The past year at Mount Sinai Kravis Children’s Hospital has been defined by progress and possibility. Across research, clinical care, education, and community engagement, we have advanced our mission to improve health outcomes for children and families. From lifesaving neonatal interventions to breakthroughs in pediatric cancer research, these efforts reflect not only scientific and clinical excellence but a deep commitment to compassion, equity, and collaboration.

Every achievement begins with a shared purpose: to deliver care that is innovative and patient-centered, and to accelerate knowledge gained from scientific discovery to the bedside to transform lives. Our teams have worked tirelessly across disciplines, coordinating seamless care from diagnosis through recovery, and ensuring that every patient benefits from the collective expertise of the entire Health System. Whether supporting families in the NICU through advanced technologies like extracorporeal membrane oxygenation or the Carpediem™ system for neonatal renal dialysis, developing precision therapies to improve outcomes for children with cancer, or expanding access through programs that strengthen communication and trust, our focus remains steadfast: ensuring the well-being of every child we serve.

As we look to 2026 and beyond, we will keep building on this momentum with a bold vision for the future. We will continue to unite pediatric care across the Mount Sinai Health System, invest in research and innovation that redefine what is possible, including AI-enabled diagnostics and new immunotherapy approaches, and lead with purpose and empathy in every setting. Together, we will shape a more integrated, equitable, and resilient pediatric space where every child has the opportunity to thrive.

We invite you to explore the 2026 Children’s Health Specialty Report to learn more about our progress and the stories that inspire us every day.
